Work ready is a nutrition wellness programme created by registered dietitians at the British Dietetic Association (BDA).

It can be as simple as a one off workshop for your employees or I can review your workspace, work culture, meal provision and provide 1-2-1 consultations with your staff. I will create a report and a strategy to address areas of improvement. I will ensure robust evaluation and progress with the programme.
